Fuuuucccckkkk. I would reach out to Jason McNeil and go Fiberwerx.The bedside is fiberglass that’s pretty much glued to the bed box. It’s not that crazy of work to do.

stock they are aluminum, and glued/riveted.. the fronts are FRP "glass"

Co-worker recently had bedside on his Ram done.
It was an insurance repair and included some minor repair to cab corner, bill was just over $15k.
Didn't look like nearly as much sheetmetal damage as yours, but needed bedside none the less.
Good luck with repair.... or fiberglass
