If I install the eibach springs on the front, can I fit larger tires all around?

I just did that. I can fit 35’s with light trimming. 37’s would not work for me.

Its your rims offset that caused the need for trimming, not the springs,

Yes, you can easily fit 37s. Slight trim with a razor knife.

Agreed, I have complete stock suspension with 35's on Method NV's with 0 offset and I have no rubbing.
