I'm not advising this... but have you disconnected the sway and tried those same roads? I'll bet you'll be shocked at the difference. On frost cracked roads and cement highways I get an annoying constant bouncing feeling all the way down the road in the Raptor, it's so annoying I avoid those roads in the Raptor.
I actually own and still drive a Jeep XJ and a Classic 77 Bronco both have the strait axle and on those same roads they don't have that annoying up and down bounce. As for having a harsh ride my fillings are fine after riding in those vehicles.

No I only have about 500 miles on the truck so far and I have only come across 3 roads that have that effect on the truck and I will avoid them if I have any passengers because I don't want friends to know how bad this thing runs.
My first commute with the truck was driving my daughter to school and on this one long road we bounced up and down very quickly all the way down the road. I thought my god if this is how the truck is going to be I'll have to take a loss and get rid of it. Luckily it does not act that way on all roads.
What PSI are you running in the tires?
Maybe we can help you figure out what's going on, because in my experience both as an owner and long time forum surfer you're the first I've heard have this sort of complaint. That makes me think there's something unique about your setup, and I'm betting it might easily be solved.
