I have since some months the Tire pressure Sensor fault message in my dash.

I try to relearn the System with the Motorcraft TPMS19 tool, but the message didn't dissapear.

I start with the front left tire, I got a response, but the front right tire doesn't respond. I changed the TPMS sensor in that wheel, but again no repsonse.

What can it be ?

Did you find the issue?

I had the same thing. I used the owners manual method, Turn key on and push the hazard light three times after a good ride above 20 miles. I used the ford activation tool and no luck, also tried release some air method with hazard lights.
After couple months with the Sensor fault alarm I finally got it to respond.

Key in and in off position and push the brake pedal.
Key on, off, on, off, on
Push the break pedal with key still in on position
Key off, on, off, on, off, on
and train left tire should show. then do the rest.
Magnet also works with this method if there is no activation tool. I haven't tried releasing air with the key and brake method. Maybe I will try it with my summer tires since they had fault all of last summer.

3 different ways to train TPMS and I found the one that works on my 2011. Read few others not activating following the owners manual, try this for those that had no luck.

Learnt so much off this forum and grateful, just wanted to share my long time issue with the sensor fault.

Try the relearn stated above from your owner's book. You could have interference too from another source, maybe a GPS jammer or something!

When I got new wheels/tires a few months back, I was never able to get my truck to recognize the new TPMS sensors that I had installed (I left the original TPMS sensors in my stockers). Since that install, I was seeing the "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault" message on the dash every time I started the truck. However, for about two weeks now, I haven't seen the message come on at all. Just curious why it might have stopped appearing....

Have you recently installed or changed programmer tunes?
