LOL. Love all the people who think the 5.2 is going to make it into the Raptor, especially in 2020. The GT500 hasn’t even hit showrooms yet, so it’s definitely not going to show up in the Raptor in the same year. If (and that’s a BIG IF) the 5.2 makes it into the Raptor, it’s definitely not going to be for several years. People think it’s going to be Ford’s answer to the Rebel TRX, but Ram keeps pushing the TRX back (I think it is currently listed as a 2023 model?). So why does Ford need to provide an answer to something that isn’t even happening?

The TRX is a 20 model.

I bought an 18 about three months ago for about 7k off as well. I debated a 19, but I was only able to find 2k off locally. I think if I could get a 19 for 3k more than the 18 then it’s worth it. That’s just a gut feeling number though. I really liked lead foot so it made it easier for me to jump on the 18.

I paid just under $64k for my '18 back in January and the '19's were at sticker price so I went with the best deal available.

Same here with the Lightning Blue. Thanks for sharing.

I purchased a new '18 about 4 months ago. Stickered for $66.8k I got the price down to $59.5k which included a tonneau cover (truxedo probably $500 value) & a $1000 credit toward extended warranty, which ran me $1700 total, so I had to kick in additional $700 to cover it.

So got like $7300-$8800 off depending how you look @ it. Thought it was a good deal then & still do.

Since they're going to put out the "super raptor" w/ blown 5.2 V8 - & from everything I've read seems this will be a "halo" model & they'll continue to produce regular 3.5EB Raptors alongside it - I imagine the dealers are starting to get more loose on the mark downs so they can re-justify the mark UPS that will inevitably come w/ the V8 version.
