Wish I could get stock size grabbers, but no word on even when they will make em. Anybody have experience with Goodyear MTR's? I enjoy hard pack Desert mostly. Usually on the pavement though.

I had them on my old 2003 FX4 years ago. I believe it was the 33's.

Never seriously took them off-roading, but they handled the little bit of mudding I did alot better then the OEM my truck came with. They handled the snow alot better then I had expected. I believe they had around 35,000+ miles on them when I traded her in and still had plenty of tread left.

BO, I've heard that from a bunch of people. I love the look, but after driving SOCOMech's truck a bit, they're definitely not for me.

Nooooooo !!

I put MT/Rs on my 09 SD and Goodyear took em back at like 8,000 miles they were worn 75%. I think tire is more of a jeep/lightweight rock climbing truck tire, not for highway use. Noisy as hell, louder than the Red Letters for sure. Pass. Pass. Pass.

Look at Toyo MT , Nitto Trail Grapplers if you want something that aggressive, otherwise the BFGs are awesome.

The most common tire I see in AZ on trucks are Toyo open country, what's the deal with those? I want the bfg tires gone!

LOVED Mine. Have had several sets. Would be running them now except the size I went to was not available. In fact, MTR’s came off when I went to the 37’s. Rode great on the highway and off road they have no peer imho.
