Third tail light

Check out my picture. Is this normal that the third tail lights are lit. Light switch on manual setting, and no foot on brake. When brake is applied they get brighter.

3 LEDs on, yep. Turns on when brake is applied, yep.

Yes, the three small leds in the third stop lamp are part of the marker lights (four corners and the three in the front grill).
It's required by law since we are over size (in width)
When you step on the brakes the brake lamps turn on in the third brake light.
