I have a slight rattle in the pedals going over small bumps/divots in the road. Speed bumps, driveways, etc. are fine, so it's not loose suspension components as far as I can tell. I may just be super sensitive (I tend to hear and feel everything and drive myself bonkers) but would be interested to see if anyone else knows what I'm describing.
I get some sounds that feel like it’s in the firewall or front suspension on slightly bumpy roads but like you, big bumps don’t make any noise. I tried rocking the heck out of the truck and bouncing in the bed but can’t make that noise.

I was poking around the truck today and saw 2 clear plastic covers in the engine bay. One was on top of the steering rack where the column comes down. It looks like it was a cover for a wire harness in manufacturing or something. The other one was similar but smaller and I couldn’t reach it so I’ll drop the skid plate at some point to try and find it. It was over to the passenger side near the ac compressor.

For this fan noise, are you referring to the noise in the following video, or is it a separate issue?

Yes, that is the fan noise that everyone is referring to. If you lift up the rear seat you will see the power inverter and a small plastic tube that routes the fan air up to the Vent C674BD26-3D58-450E-A754-67B52308FF68.jpegyou put your hand over.

With a handful of us taking delivery of our trucks and experiencing random things that the dealer didnt do or missed durning the PDI, or assembly line miss haps, I thought it might be good to start a list of items for others to check when taking delivery or first get the truck home.

Reading others post over the past few days had me in the garage checking things over and was helpful
copy and add to the list

After delivery items to check:
1. Tire pressure (Ford ships with approx 50psi, door sticker calls for 38)
2. Transmission cooler line. (Several post with clips not secured and leaking)
3. Plastic wrap around front shocks (from shipping)
4. Unsecured front shock wiring Harness. Passenger side front live vale control cable grommets not in place (pictures attached)
5. Loud fan noise from under rear seat (from power inverter). TSB posted that module parameters need to be reprogrammed
6. Check for box link cleats and pro trailer assist wiring harness (if applicable)
7. Correct engine shroud (Ford Performance)
8. Correct interior trim (doors and glove box) reports of random door panels and trim being incorrect
9. Factory bed liner pealing along bulkhead edges
10. Check fuses under hood. (Not fully seated)
11. Check fluid levels, oil/coolant
12. inspect rear taillights to ensure they are the same (brightness and overall appearance)
13. Heat shield/insulator pad above exhaust hanging/falling down.
14. Subwoofer housing under rear seat not tighter down completely.
15. Rear fuel line vent hose not fastened/clipped hanging down near spare tire rear shock area (picture attached)
16. Rear wire harness near/under tailgate loose or not attached to grommets and holder
17. Coolant lines rubbing Crank pulley (engine bay) picture on page 4
18. Small plastic caps found on steering rack (leftover from assembly?) pic on page 4

I have the same thing, I know exactly what you are describing but haven't figured out what it is yet. It may be normal, I just don't know.

Yeah it's odd.....like theres a hockey puck hanging below the driver's side floorboard that is just barely resting on the LCA and wiggles with the tiniest suspension movement.

Where is the subwoofer....behind the seatback? I don't have Pro Power so filled up the under back seat storage with recovery stuff.

Anyway have really bad vibration when the music is turned up loud & lots of bass. Seemed like the trim panel behind the seat back or the sliding rear window. How do you release the seat back? Thx
