I took this image from another thread but shows the tsb. I’ll add it to the original post

I'll try to post the tsb number later when I'm not tied up at work so it's easier to find for a dealership. Also make sure your pro power is off. When I picked my truck up it was on but not fully on. The power was on in the sync screen but it wasn't actually running, it was like in a standby mode.

This post reminded me to get underneath the truck today to check everything. 2 retaining clips were loose on the wiring harnesses in the very back of the truck underneath the tailgate. Pushing them in a little helped re-seat them. A bunch of rubber bands were left wrapped around wiring harnesses (and one around the brake caliper), and pieces of packing tape was still on a few of the parts. Not a huge deal but something worth mentioning.

I have a slight rattle in the pedals going over small bumps/divots in the road. Speed bumps, driveways, etc. are fine, so it's not loose suspension components as far as I can tell. I may just be super sensitive (I tend to hear and feel everything and drive myself bonkers) but would be interested to see if anyone else knows what I'm describing.

I definitely have a constantly running fan behind the rear seats. I do have the onboard power.
You can toggle off the onboard power via menus in the center screen or switch near the headlight knob. It defaults on each time you start the truck.

After you toggle the pro power off it will take a minute or two until the fan actually turns off.

Permanent fix is a new TSB shown earlier in this thread that acknowledges the problem and a software update is needed to reprogram the module parameters.
