Most of those guys would be or WILL trade in their TTV6 for the Raptor R… with the V8… and they know that.. but hey one guy says he would take the TTV6 8 days a week over the V8… right… so by default he hates the idea of the Raptor R because it has a V8…

I owned an 11 Gen 1 and loved it, even though it did not have all the options. Then a 40 mile commute to work got in the way so I went to a 15 King Ranch V6 turbo and later to a 16 Platinum with ALL the goodies which I was happy with but I never got over the Gen 1. My son is finance manager at the local Ford dealer so I told them that if they ever got a clean "REAL" Raptor to let me know and didn't think much more about it. This spring they traded for a loaded 13 Roush Stage 2 factory conversion that was loaded and also had been used as a show truck with all Recon lighting, X Metal grill, killer stereo and double duce wheels. The flares had been removed and matched to body color (race red) and 24,000 miles. Bought it as soon as it came out of the detail shop!!! To me, the Gen 1 is the last Real Raptor and after a short time I haven't missed all the technology. If I do, I just stomp on it!!! LOL

If these dopes only care about exhaust sound they didn't need to review the Raptor. The Raptor is more than just an exhaust. It was a stupid review/comparison. I didn't get any value out of it and it was as bad as Roman from TFL.

Honestly, I love all Gens and would take them all, I just dropped in over there to stir the pot, I love how sensitive and defensive people get over a truck that for all intents and purposes could be totaled at a moments notice. stirring the pot is fun though.
