FTR a full refund was given today, the same day they received the OBDII dongle back.

So while this item doesn't work as well for older F-150's the company is legit and stands behind their products.

Personally I think it will work better on a Gen2 or SD with LED lights.

I don’t think i’d use Z flash with a gen1, they warn it’ll burn out your HID’s quick. I was going to get one for my ‘17 Navigator until I saw that.
