I've put a couple hundred miles on with the SVC tune now. I'm by far loving it over my previous tune. It feels so refined and consistent. It's definitely a pure blast to drive when wanting to just drive easy and cruise due to the fact isn't will shift 1-6 so easy and smooth at low rpm's while holding gears as well if cruising around 35-45 mark. Previous tune would jump up and down. But also has it's performance side, once you mash the pedal it hits hard and smooth down shifts while pulling every lady bit out of every gear. I'm definitely loving it, no proven facts yet but I know for sure that I'm getting better gas milage due to how this tune will hold the gears and shift sooner while driving it easy.

The only thing I noticed and my previous tune was the same, if you roll on from a dead stop and let the truck shift into 2 then hammer on it, it won't shift back down to first. It will lug through 2nd gear. And maybe it just has to be this way being if it shifted back down to first while rolling it would just be way to harsh on the drivetrain.

Thanks SVC

If one were to dyno this truck. What gear would you use to make the pull. I am too lazy to search from the iPhone at work sorry.

Installed the tune last night. Very smooth shifts and butt dyno registering improved performance too. Also the noise/vibration from the AFE intake is better too. Didn't expect that but it is nice. Will put more miles on it once the new suspension gets installed. By the way the SVC UCA are beefy and can't wait to get them installed.

So how much HP, realistically, should I expect from this tune with a Roush CAI and Borla exhaust? I'm just curious. Stock says 411hp with 91 octane fuel.

Dash Command says 510hp. I know this tune is good, but not THAT good. :) Dash Command is probably feeding me a bogus number. What would be a more realistic number short of me taking my Raptor to a dyno?

380 rwhp my guess

And what's a good percentage on the Raptors to calculate hp at the crank? 85%? That would put me at 447ish, which sounds more reasonable.

I wonder why a Dash Command is so... optimistic?

Drivetrain loss of a thing like this? Let me ask one of my tuners over txt for ideas. Thats a good one. Maybe 25% lol

One says 20% so 411-20% = 328.8

Tried one with aftermarket tires and wouldn't fit a Mustang dyno (and Mustang dynos could see 10-13% hp lower than a Dynojet depending on settings of course).

Wow. So 380 works out to 475? That'd be sweet. But a 64hp gain from tune and a couple of bolt ons? Hey, if that's the case I'll take it! I was thinking 50hp gain tops.
