I did not see an option on this tune to modify the speed limiter. Did I miss it?

There also wasn't a choice of specifying octane. The SCT canned tune was only one tune, but you had to pick an octane in the options. What octane is recommended for this tune?

Speedometer is preset to 200 mph, tune is going to run best on 91 octane but will adapt to lower grades. If you plan to just run 87 from the get go, set global timing to -4.

Since there has been such high demand for the tune since we launched it, it would
Be unfair to the guys who already purchased theirs to release a 4th of July sale .

200mph? Awesome. :)

So if I plan to run 93, do I need to adjust the global spark?

Btw I changed the revs/mile to match my tires. Figured that one out. :)

So far so good. There's a couple of minor tweaks I'd like to get done, but they are minor adjustments to suit my taste. Overall I'm impressed, but will drive a few more miles before I share more thoughts.

The svc tune Calibration is developed for 91 octane however due to the way the knock sensors are calibrated it can add up to 4 degrees if better fuel is used.

You mean the tune does this automatically, we don't have to specify this in the handheld tuner when we are programming the truck, right?

Sweet. You know, I noticed my Borla ProXS was singing a louder, deeper tone. My wife commented the truck was a little louder than normal.

Big smile. :)

So the tune adjust itself for all octane levels?
