The One and Only 2013 Order status thread

Today is the 10th day since my order. Is it too early for me to start asking for updates from my dealer and Ford?

I would call SVT with your order and dealer number and confirm that your order is in the system and the details of your truck are correct. SVT: 1-800-367-3788 Option 1. And hopefully you have your VOC (Vehicle Order Confirmation) (and preferably DORA too: Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement).

If you've already done that, it's way too early to expect any movement or too start bugging anyone. Wait at least a month or more.

Just called Ford SVT they said yesterday my truck was in Wentsville MO which is about an hour away from St Louis MO!!! Hoping it gets to the dealer today since I'm off work today and tomorrow!

Congrats! Ordered 1/17 and still not scheduled.

I ordered around the same time as you.. I'm contemplating calling SVT today to see if my order was finally pulled(They are pulled Thursday I think). On the other hand, I don't think I want to know if it's again going to sit at least another week unscheduled!

Yeah to soon to see movement but I would call SVT and confirm they have your order or god forbid you'll have the same thing that happened to me and the order never got to them.

Maybe someone could put together a quick "Order thread guide for new members".. Something like:

1. Get Dora from dealer (Dealer #/Order #)
2. Call SVT at xxxxx to verify order is in their system.
3. After one month time, call SVT again or post your Dealer/Order # in this thread and someone may be able to help with an update.
4. If still unscheduled after step #3, continue to check every so often until you are pulled/scheduled. Once scheduled, get your VIN.
5. Sporadically call SVT for updates on your delivery. You can also post your VIN on here and someone may be able to update you..

Use all of these services "sparingly"
