Thats a cool rack.
Looks like they would mount up pretty easy on top of that rack and sit just above the roof to throw the light way out there.

yeah, i was just curious as to if you think it would throw lots of light on the roof, and lose some to much light going forward.

It looks like it would be spaced high enough above the roof hard to say exactly without seeing it in person, or easily be spaced to clear the roof. That was the one thing I was thinking about when I saw it, but it would throw it far out.

I would think it would be mostly the farther shooting light...

Yeah. On second thought I think I'll just do rear facing flood on the back rack, and do a forward facing near the grille.

you have a back rack? hows it mount?

and make a windshield mount like the raptors and mount up a 40? I dont know the width of a ranger

I don't have one yet, but I will be getting one.

And I was thinking about a roof mount as well.

roof FTW!

someone needs to make LED windsheild mounts for a wider spectrum of vehiles, or atleast post up more pictures of how they mount so we can make them... *HINT*HINT* then we can purchase the approritioitirertr....... *best light bar to go with our mounts...

I've seen LED's roof mounted with those Yakima roof cargo bars. Just fab a mount that clamps to the round crossbar and away you go. It'd be removable too.
