Wouldnt recommend it. I also wouldn't recommend jumping a Raptor with gen 1 shocks on either.Has anyone jumped the raptor with the gen 2 shocks?
^ Are you referring to the front bump stops inside the coils? I trimmed 2 sections off mine because they were already buried, now the shock actually has room to move a bit. Very easy to do with a utility blade, you can get a very clean cut
Edit: I actually cut flush with the bottom of the white ring on the bump stop, just for reference
Why did you cut the Gen 2 bump stops? Using the Gen 1 bump stops would have been a better alternative IMHO. I like having the added protection of the larger Gen 2 bumps. I've put a couple hundred miles on these shocks and I really like the way the Raptor rides.
