AWD by default and can be locked into 4 high and 4 low. It does not have RWD as an option though.

I have seen and broken many driveshafts, I have never seen one break there. It looks like a crap weld on the driveshaft, and the tube just sheared off the yoke. Gotta be some type of defect. I wonder if there will be more.

You're probably right. I have a few Hellcat Challenger customers that have twisted their driveshafts but not broke them.
