Just noticed a requirement that I had not seen before "and tire repair kit"

This is instead of the 2 tires or a tire in the bed requirement.

If you have 2 tires you do not need a tire repair kit. If you only have 1 tire with you, you will need the repair kit. Autozone etc have them for cheap!
