Haha. I just checked my pay off and cried a little bit...new one, even if I want it, won't be a possibility for a while...

Yeah, my credit card payment for my mods is more than my raptor by a large margin if I want to pay it off without paying too much interest.....

My guess is the base raptor will be $55k and fully loading around $13k more as Trey said, which is about in line with what we are seeing now days.

I was always under the impression that the Raptor fully equipped was less money than the Platinum...

Big difference between the raptor and all other f150's is that it never had any incentives/rebates. All the other f150's you could get way under msrp and even invoice because of the ford rebates/incentives which the raptor did not qualify for. So you could get a Platinum well under that of the raptor

That I understand - I thought, however, that the MSRP was always higher on the Platinum fully equipped like the Raptor.

Every option but things like cable lock, tonneau cover, and bed liner. Using 2014 Build & Price.

2014 Ruby Red Platinum Screw 4x4 6.2L - $57,870.

2014 Ruby Red SE Screw Raptor - $59,585

Drop the SE package along with Ruby Red and you're at $57,970. Add beadlocks to that and you're at $59,135.

They are pretty close on MSRP, but not in real world pricing.
When I went shopping for mine my Dad was blown away because all the Ford F150 prices he had seen were non raptors and you are talking almost 10k below MSRP on the prices you see.

I sure hope that the price will not jump that much as I think it would price most of us out of the market. Buying one for 45-55K is one thing but 65-70K is another whole level. I think it'll be less than a loaded platinum also. Maybe 5K more than our current ones. Just hoping like Big Blue that it's something worth adding to the stable, not one that disappoints us. One of each sounds nice!
