Is it safe to assume that Ford will release the full specs sometime during the Texas Fair? The timing is right, and I know they always like to have something to announce.

I would think it would be very soon. From what I remember, 2017 F150 production starts Monday in Dearborn. Not sure how long until they throw the first Raptor on the line.

Excellent post, great information. I do have a question regarding the taillight section you posted. I ordered mine with the 802a package that comes with blind spot system and i believe it has the LED red surround and LED red turn signals and I did not opt for the technology package. I was just a bit confused when I was reading that section. Could you please clarify that for me, because I definitely want these style tail lights.

I'm not 100% certain, but I would imagine you will have the type of taillights you wanted. Per the order guide, they 802A package comes with BLIS as standard. It is an option on the 801A and not applicable on the 800A. I would imagine the only thing you get more if you order the 802A + Tech package is the adaptive cruise control and whatever other little goodies they include that aren't the BLIS and cross traffic alert. So I'm sure you're fine, but I just didn't compare the 802A equipment against the Tech package in regards to the type of tail light you will get. But all signs point to the one you want.
