Hey Guys,

I'm new to the forum picked up my Raptor about a week or 2 back. I had 2 on order but one of them could not be found so I got one and I also ended up getting a new Tahoe. Anyways I already purchased a few mods for the truck or goodies and want to share as I will be doing a lot more work to the truck in the few coming months. I am new to the Raptor scene but not new at all to the car modding scene. I have 6 cars now and went thru 20+ cars in the past 2 years or more including 2 Lamborghinis and a handful of 700HP+ cars including my Current Nissan GTR with a good mod list and a super fast Porsche Panamera Turbo that the wife drives with a tune and a few other goodies as well. I will also share the other cars as we go if I do any crazy mods to them.

So The Raptor now...
I went with LeadFoot since I think its a dif color than most you see on the road. Nothing wrong with any other colors just this one suited me the most. I have the Carbon Package which I love.

Mods Already: (or stuff changed on the truck even the little things) In case you guys like something you will know what it is.

1. Tinits on front windows 20% and Front Windshield 35%
2. Weathertech Step for rear Hitch not really a mod but its something extra.
3. I ordered RPG 1.5 inch collars for the front. Will be on next week.
4. I ordered Method Mesh Wheels 17 inch. I will run stock tires with these.
5. I ordered the custom Method Center Caps with (RAPTOR) on them since the stock METHOD centers are fugly.
6. Tomorrow Im ordering the MPT Tune for the Raptor.
7. I also ordered the carpet lining for the bed to be done.
8. I just installed a Gator Cover.

Here are a few pictures of the truck from today. My plans are big including bigger turbos and a bunch more mods for suspension and so forth.

Careful with the mpt tune, not sure if they are supporting 2018 models yet, they had issues with the 2018 loosing power. No hate on the tune, but just make sure they are supporting 2018s now

Are those the Ford BL ready wheels on there now? If so, how come you're going with Methods over those?

I just want to change up the style a bit on the truck. I know the OEM ones are much better in quality but I like to look a part a bit from the regular guy that bought a truck that had all the bells and whistles.

Selling Beadlocks? Interested if you are...

No Im keeping them for off road use. If I decide to sell before I post them I will reach out to you to see if you are still looking

There is a Thread on their tune in the Perfomance section of the forum. They have an updated file now and supposedly it fixed a lot of issues. I talked to the guy on the phone today and I stated that I just purchased a new Raptor and we went on with the conversation. He never mentioned any issues known for the tune, in fact he clearly stated that the tune is to be what I want and how I want set up, a lot of the tune is set in their preference on shifting which some may like and others dont. I liked that he is a straight shooter and if he took the time to answer all my questions he will most likely find the time to help me out if I do need help once I have the tune.

I am curious about the 20+ cars in 2 years. Why so many do you get bored with them or are you so critical that if there is a fault you sell. I would think you would lose a lot of money unless you are a dealer.
