OK, so it looks like I will be flying down as @t_j has offered his co-pilot seat to me, I am just scrambling around trying to see if I can book flights and get ready in time. Only real problem I have come across so far is that the Casino Hotel is booked up for Saturday night, Tom has an extra bed for me the other nights so Saturday night is my only bust.

Im in the same boat for sat night. There is a town 8 miles away land of the lakes, they have some motels. Or maximize the copilot(s) and do some nite ridin till breakfast

Hotel said that would be no problem.... if they have a cot available, couldn't confirm if they would or not

Floor isn't bad... pile some of your clothes on the floor and Tom will give you a blanket. Or pass out in the bath tub.
