I ordered one on 9/8/13. It was just built. I got tired of waiting and bought one sitting on a dealers lot for $500 under invoice. Doesn't make any damn sense why they don't pull orders as they come in…

This was a small failing dealership 4 years ago. The new owner has turned it around and they sell a ton of F150's. (doubled their lot size and FILLED it with trucks.) Not sure that makes a difference. Just thought I would note it. Where I live the local population is only 25k but is close enough to metro Chicago.

This is the cleanest the thing has been since I took delivery. Weather here SUCKS!

I think this is another case of thinking invoice = MSRP

haha, I would feel so bad if I mistook invoice for MSRP (I did when I first joined this forum and quickly learned the difference)

I've never heard of any amount under invoice.... but, considering the revenue is around 2k on an invoice sale, it could happen

My MSRP was $58,555.00

I bought it for $53,182.00 I then paid $11,000 for the Roush 590HP Phase 2 package with upgraded supercharger high capacity low temp radiator and upgraded low temp radiator.

$53,182.00 - $500 BELOW invoice
$11,000.00 - Roush Package
$ 544.00 - Fees
$64,726.00 is what I paid.
