Thankfully, I wasn't blown away with Gen3. But...

Even though there is some cool stuff—I wasn't blown away. In fact, I think the new front grille is actually *less* mean looking? Is it just me?

I'm right there with you. I'm not digging it at all!!!

Same here, really don't like the front design near as much as the Gen2, the heat extractors in the hood and side vents suck, mainly the hood.

They went backwards in the exterior design.

I thought I would be suffering a lot of FOMO today with the Gen3 announcement. I have a 2020 Raptor bought new just 3 months ago.

Even though there is some cool stuff—I wasn't blown away. In fact, I think the new front grille is actually *less* mean looking? Is it just me?

Anyway, what I really want actually is the new Sync 4 stuff—specifically the new wireless connection to Apple CarPlay. I really hate having to plug my iPhone in every time I get in and out of the Raptor. I really don't get why Sync can't just to connect to CarPlay automatically. Ugh. JUST WORK! I know that there is no software ability to "upgrade" Sync 3 to 4—but is there a way to upgrade the physical system to 4? A kit?

Thanks,

you must not have driven hard - dropping the leaf springs & adding 37”s as a factory option alone is huge

also like the active exhaust function

btw- I’m in a 2020 Lead Foot SCREW as of 11-15-20 after my 2018 got totaled- I was def planning on moving on to a gen3......but need to remind everyone.....don’t be a Ford engineering Guinea pig while simultaneously forking over $65-$85k +ADM for the luxury of being one hahahahah haha

it’s Legitimately what function you’re serving when buying a new redesign, ESPECIALLY one that’s a high-performance niche vehicle

I’ll most likely be in a gen 3 Raptor, and it’ll most likely be in the 3rd or even 4th model year
