After reading all the reviews and talking to jarrett today I ordered the rpg control arms and tie rods. If they can take all the punishment you guys have dished out. I gotta have them. I am on the top perch, really should have them anyway. Up next will be stage 3. Thanks guys for helping me with my decision. Just wish there was a raptor run near Florida.

You will love them.

Make the drive out to Texas next year. A lot of guys drove 2000 miles to get out here.

Make sure you get the raceline 1.5 UCA... they are well worth the money! The thing that amazes me is EACH AND EVERY raceline 1.5 UCA is custom fit by Corey.. He personally files the bearings to ensure a perfect fit, so basically each one is a one of piece! I was truely amazed with this craftsman and attention to detail!!
The improvement in the steering is amazing! There are not any words to describe it.. Just make sure you get use to it before you go offroading hardcore the first time. The truck does not have any lag, when you turn the steering wheel and it instantly goes that direction. It is VERY easy to oversteer!

IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Thanks Greg. After reading your posts and the reviews not a hard choice. Also I will nut and bolt my truck when I install. I am sure there are a few loose one. Would love to attend the next one. Truck should be done by then.

Did anyone do comparisons of the National leaf standard pack and the heavy pack? Just curious how they feel and perform off-road.

I'm on the fence about which ones to go for, almost wish there was a middle pack set up.

No, I think the main difference between them is whether you are always carrying around 500lbs in the bed. The standard will lower the rear of the truck and the HDs will raise the rear.

If you are on middle perch the standards make the truck completely level. If you are on the top perch the springs make you level as well.

Well ride height isn't my main concern, its the load. I often have 3 to 4 adults in the truck, with gear some times. But I'd more then likely wheel with only one or two people in it.

According to Cory (RPG), the Standard National Leafs are what most people get. You base your purchase off of what your truck will be doing 90% of the time. If you feel that you will be hauling gear and people 90% of the time that equated to 500 lbs or more in your bed, then you would want to go with the heavier duty ones.

I was loaded up after the TX RR with three people in the truck, a bed full of stock raptor suspension parts, camping gear and a pop up camper on the hitch. I figured I had about 1000 lbs in the back. I was riding on the new shock bump stop the whole way home. I spoke to RPG about it, and they said they system is meant to ride like that when fully loaded and referred me back to the 90% rule. Feel free to call them, they are great a explaining things.

I agree, talk to RPG they will explain everything in great detail! If they know the answer they will find out the answer!
