Texas Raptor Run April 13-15

Yep. I plan on running my truck as late as they will allow (10pm i think) Friday night. I'll probably hit the sack shortly after. Saturday will be an epic day for Raptor owners.

This was my thought as well.

I believe you can also hook up a magnetic antenna to this for better reception.

I sure hope my CB will be enough cause i don't know if I can afford an icom VHF race radio right now haha I'm tryin to save up for RPG's stage 3 kit for the run I guess I'll find out when I get there haha

I'll have that and a two way (walkie talkie) style radio if anyone is just doing that

If you have a smart phone there is an app called VOXER. It is kind of like a 2 way radio or a voice text kind of thing. Pretty cool and we have found it rather useful while group travelling.
