Aftermarket wise, we have 3 blackwidows on the lot just delivered, one in a gorgeous red haha. Definitely can't keep up offroad with the raptors though.

The 37 performance Raptor is worth the wait. Had to wait almost 8 months for mine. They will only keep going up in price.

Get you a 35 package and throw on some 37's when they wear out if you gotta have 37's. Check this full send, high speed BAJA support truck before you say it can't

Ha....I'll be out there with EXO in June. Can't wait. Fairly confident we won't see any TRD Pro's....haha

LOL thanks all.. great input and perspectives. As it turns out, Ford made my decision for me. Looks like they are raising prices on the all Raptors ordered as of today (the 15th) by $3300.
So yea, I'll be sticking with this order! :D

If you want a new truck either pay adm now or pay an inflated msrp later, either way you’ll probably pay a similar amount. Or wait until just before the Gen 4 is dropped and get an invoice deal.

But with the way things are going, invoice on a 35 truck in 2025 will be 85k lol.

My recollection is that Gen 2's has adm's early on as well. There were less dealers at the time charging then so it was a little easier around here. Still took me 5 months to get an msrp deal in 2017. Markups around here were from 7500 to 10 or 15k at the time. I never saw 25 and 35 like I do now. That being said about your value question, nothing is certain, but if I had paid a 15k markup in 2017 the value of my trade now is the same.

I hear you! I have a 22 37 package ordered Oct 21 and still no confirmed build date.

Purchased a 22 F-150 Tremor last week, and honestly surprised on how much I like, but got for just under MSRP. Putting a level and 35s on it next week and will enjoy it until I can finally get my Raptor to trade into.

I know many will say it’s a dumb move to own a truck for less than 12 months but with what people are selling used, low mileage trucks back to dealer at I really don’t think I’ll be our much since bought at a small dealer for under MSRP and will be trading to a larger dealer who sold their last Temor for $5k over sticker.

So I have a 22 37's on order. The Raptor is basically my dream truck and I am beyond excited to own one. My current order was Nov 8th, with a 3/7 build date now pushed to 3/21 (I'm not complaining about the push, we are all dealing with it). The reality is that it's probably going to be pushed a few more times and then likely even more delays after it's "built".

The dilemma is this.. i'm waiting for a truck that is nearly 6 figures (yes I have ADM that puts me in the 90s). Even at MSRP 84K is substantial. Also this market is inflated.. we all know it. What's going to happen when supplies normalize, inventory grows and this waiting is done. Will our values tank?

I'm considering just buying a used truck to get me through these times and then revisit the raptor in a few years when things are more normal. I'm sure you've all had similar thoughts. What kept you on the Raptor train?
Yes, this inflated economy will correct-- the question is, when. Interest rates will rise and eventually supply chain issues will be corrected. When that happens, prices will normalize. However, even if you get a used truck to tide you over, you will be overpaying for it too. Used car prices are up 40% since this time last year.
So regardless of what you buy, you're going to be overpaying. Your protection comes in the fact that the 37 will likely hold its value better than the 35, but not if you're paying well above sticker.
