Tailgate problems intermittent open

The most frustrating problem with this truck 2023 tailgate doesn’t pop open consistently. Occasionally when I press the button on the tailgate I can hear some clicking but it doesn’t drop down. I push again more clicking but doesn’t come down. Third or fourth push finally does. Sometimes it works but wow gets me pissed most of the time. Pretty sick of it. I took it to the dealer they said they greased it up and it works. The very next day same crap. Any adjustment possibilities or is it just a replace the actuator situation? Would bring it back to dealer but I don’t want to be without the truck for nothing again. Question is it one push to open or does it take two? One that triggers a beeping then second opens it? Then after that initial double hit it seems to open and close with one.

Took in again for warranty and they said no problem. I think I found it though. Mostly happened in morning. Seems like dash cam ez power pro was set to turn off when voltage drops to 11.5. So dash cam was staying active/on too long voltage was dropping to low for tailgate to open properly once I start the truck and it runs and charges the battery back up the tailgate opens as usual. It is still finicky when charged but not outright misbehaving.

I have a Diamondback cover and when it’s very cold the rubber freezes to tailgate and it will not open. No matter how hard I pull it. PIA.
