Thanks, sorry, I didn't realize I didn't post what I found was the problem. It ended up being what Buyfire posted. You have to go into the audio settings and reset the media index. If you don't, Sync will not see the new music. Once you know it's there, it's pretty straight forward, but you have to go in and look for it and reset it, takes 2 minutes.Is the thumb drive formatted in exFat instead of Fat32. Give that a shot and it will most likely recognize the drive
