The Fab Fours bumper doesn't require you to move the intercooler, it does however cut off all air to the OE intercooler location, which is why I have a Fab Four rear premium bumper and a Buckstop front winch bumper that has more cooling inlet that the OE bumper. https://www.buckstopinc.com/classic-1.html The Buckstop bumper is made of aluminum with a steel winch tray and tubular grill guard, so it does save a bunch of weight and can still accommodate Warn winches.

Will that accommodate the Warn 12S?

Chassis Unlimited and Expedition One are both releasing rear plate bumpers with dual swing outs capable of carrying 2x jerry can and 1x 37" for the 14th gen F-150/2nd Gen raptor.

Hoping to pick up my Chassis Unlimited rear swing out in the next 10 days. They had upstream supplier supply issues with spindles which made the whole thing take almost a year, but it's almost done.

Only thing I would worry about is rear sensors going crazy being blocked by… Best to fabricate one to your liking at a custom welding shop.
