It took some doing and miles and miles of dyno pulls to get what might be the strongest supercharger available for your Ford 6.2L Raptor. Courtesy of Whipple Superchargers, our tuning specialist was able to come up with a reliable combination of colder heat range spark plugs, 3.25in pulley, shorter belt and larger 60psi injectors, coupled with a custom tune to squeeze over 548 Rear-Wheel Horsepower. When you add all that up together, it equates to roughly 685 Crank Horsepower running premium gas, and we post the dyno sheet to prove it. Essentially this is the same exact system that is on Ken Blocks Raptortrax truck.

One of the main criteria for us being the off-road nuts that we are is reliability, drivability and flat out performance. Just like our best selling Tune, we focused much of our effort on drivability, shift patterns, smoothness and a clean pull through all the gears. We calibrate the tune so it shifts fast and smooth. Downshifts come with the blip of the gas and gears are held for optimum performance. When you opt for a Whipple Supercharger system tuned and packaged by SVC, you can expect a custom calibration file that is safe for your driving style, geographical location, elevation, octane levels etc.

We achieve such great results from flow data readings vs. just hacking away at tables to get a desired result. For example, a tuner who lives in the east coast or mid west cant possibly tune for a truck that is in a state such as California where octane ratings are lower, and detergents dilute the fuel. Nor can a tuner write a canned file for residents of high elevations states such as Colorado, Utah, Montana and others that have thinner air if they aren't using flow data testing like we are. Bottom line, our file is safe and powerful everywhere

Another key element to our High Boost System is you have the option of getting a file built specifically for you, data logged by you on your very own vehicle if you choose to utilize the data logging feature in your SCT handheld scanner.

With the SCT hand held tuner, you have the ability to data log your truck at varying speeds to see exactly what's going on. Results such as Air/Fuel Ratio, Ignition Angle, Injector Duty Cycle, Engine Load, Cylinder Retard and so on will all be taken into account so we can write you a custom file that is taylor made for your truck, not just our truck that it was tested on. We will keep data logging until the tune is perfect, and we will walk you through the the process every step of the way. If you choose to have your Whipple Supercharger installed at our facility, we will let you come with us as we do the data logging so you can see and feel for yourself the difference custom tuning makes in the performance of the truck.

We can't stress enough how excited we are about launching this package. It's something we wanted to do months ago but didn't feel comfortable until we knew it was 110% ready to go.

Please note that Long tube headers/high flow cats can increase overall HP by 10

Please feel free to call with any question you may have and please don't forget to ask about the larger heat exchanger option for those in high temp locations or hard core off-road use.

Thanks again.

For those of you with the standard Whipple kit, we also have a big Boost upgrade package for you as well.

Who would you recommend the larger heat exchanger to? How about for someone who lives in Central California? Also there is an option for the SCT scanner. If we already own a SCT scanner can we save some bucks on that? Very excited for you guys releasing a product with these numbers. Glad someone did it right!

Without a doubt, already having a SCT scanner saves you about 400 bucks. These hp numbers are not only high but also safe and within fords safety parameters. We are excited to be paired with one of the best in the industry.

Well as seen on this forum before it mostly depends on how your going to drive it.
If your going to drive like a rental you want to do some upgrades, like springs, driveshaft, and traction bars.

I'm not running traction bars yet!!! But I'll let off the gas if it hooks up doing wheel hops.
Sometimes with my rear suspension setup I don't get the wheel hop, it mostly depends on the surface.

If your question is about the transmission and the HP, it's all good.
Unless your going drive real hard off-road, then consider doing extra trans cooler, possibly changing ATF.

Even driving stock you can hurt it if you don't drive it within reason!

In any case to protect myself, I did the Whipple HD HE Dual Fans, Oil pump and fuel pump upgrades, driveshaft, Deavers Custom +2. (2 Thicker rebound leafs)
And with Skyl3r having great reviews on her Whippled Raptor with traction Bars "On and Off-Road" this will be my next big upgrade.

Some will say the Oil and Fuel pumps are really not needed but I have a $70,000 truck, I'd like to keep it a long time and have fun doing so.
I'm just taking the "What If's" out of the equation.
