I can't answer number two for you but I just ordered the same bumper from Jeff and they'll put whatever tabs you want in the slot. I went with a 30" RDS bar and they tabbed it accordingly but I've seen bumpers tabbed for square pods so I'd imagine it's possible if the light cannons would actually fit.

Mine took less than two weeks to be completed in raw form. I'm getting specific powder on mine that they didn't have access to.

That looks like 6 individual pods. I like that, it fills the void.

One thing I did on the bolt holes in the frame is we cut some metal tubes to fit really tight (used a hammer to move them in place) to reinforce the open frame so the bolt went through it and spot welded it in place. We used an angler grinder and a hole 4-pack of disc from Harbor Freight (guy kept breaking/cracking them).

The longest part of the job seemed to try and get straight lines to draw on an uneven surface and spent so much time trying to make it perfect that in frustration we just said "F it" and start cutting, the first side was crap, second side was near perfect.

I also relocated my front tow hooks underneath and drilled a hole in the bottom of the frame using an existing hole that was already there for the other side. We tried to reuse the inside nut bracing but the uneven surface would not allow it so we had to put a larger nut under it to level it out and some washers.

Seems like I waited about a month. Then another month for the skid plate that I wanted but now I have two skids so it worked out great. One for street use to look good and the other one to bang up when off-roading (definitely worth it!).

If you want pics, let me know.

Where'd you pick up the tubing you used bolster the frame?

I have the 30" Rigid amber too. The metal tube I believe came with it but instead of cutting the hole bigger, we trimmed it to fit in the frame. There was no instructions so had no idea that it was suppose to go through the hole as it is too long.

Do what I did... get the light(s) from them so that way the tabs are just right when you get it! I have a 30" Rigid RDS up there though... so the tabs are a bit different than whats needed for a straight bar according to the SVC guys.

I have two. Both the same standard material. The raw one has no cutout and I put the SVC vinyl sticker on there in ruby red to match the truck. The other one is power coated black with the SVC cutout.

I use the black one for everyday driving and the other one for off-roading, its banged up.

So does anybody have an actual measurement of where to cut? Going to try and do this over the 3day break.
