ummm any car can rear steering its controled by the long pedal on the right. some people call it oversteer others calling drifting but it makes for a fun time

It almost looks like a swamp buggy (tall thin tires). It doesn't appear to have much going for it except ground clearance. I thought I noticed wheels slipping so I assume it doesn't have a locker which means it's an ugly show vehicle or I don't know what its real purpose is (perhaps both). It sure wasn't built for looks.
