I would like to see out of all the Raptor owners which system did you go with. Touring or S-Type and why you chose that exhaust? Im wanting to order a Borla cat back exhaust but having a very difficult time choosing one because its hard to determine which system sounds better via the internet. Never stood beside a Raptor with either system.

Does anybody have any updates/input on the Borla S type and drone? I'm on the fence between the Borla and Corsa. Based on my searches in the Forum the Corsa is the safest bet for drone but I really like the sound of the Borla S.

Just installed the Borla Touring today and what a difference from the MBRP I had. The Borla has no drone at all. My only complaint is the sound is just a notch above stock at normal driving speeds. Or at least from what I remember what stock sounded like. I loved the rumble of the MBRP but the highway driving drone wasn't making my wife happy. Life is better now with the Borla.

Installation was a breeze. Had it installed in roughly 30 minutes. Taking it to an exhaust shop tomorrow to tack the connections. I don't trust the straps they supply to hold up offload.

I have had both. I had the Touring in my 2010 5.4 Raptor and it was slightly above stock. Really at times, a bit too quite for my liking. My 2013 I have the S Type. No comparison. I have it attached to some American Racing Headers and a K&N CAI, but the sound is awesome. You can really hear the difference. Borla Model Number 140383.

Thanks! Do you notice any drone in the cab?

I got the Borla Touring for my wife's sake. The Raptor is my DD; occasionally, we use the Raptor and I get no complaints. It is louder than stock, but not by much. The exhaust note is deeper and fuller than stock, yet surely couldn't be interpreted as loud or aggressive.

There are times that I would like louder, but like the warmth of my wife in our bed more so.
