Well if youve seen my other post my supercharger is currently out to be rebuilt and wont be back for sometime due to the california fires. Is there anything worth replacing while the blower is out? More due to age than miles. Truck is at 90k miles roughly 80k supercharged. Intercooler is a bit dirty but not that bad. Any easy ways to clean it without pulling? Should i replace the alternator while its easy to get to? Doing an extremely solid baseline while i wait. Thanks! 2014 gen 1 supercharged.

Yes, new throttle body gasket, bypass gasket, intercooler gasket and there is a couple others im probably forgetting. Shop didnt want it taking up bay space so i took it home and i plan on reinstalling myself.

The supercharger takes up a lot of space so id imagine thats the case. I was more looking for basic maintenance i should do because its out. The entire exhaust system has already been done

Have you replaced the bolts and exhaust manifolds? Those are an epic nightmare to do and its a good idea to do it preemptively if you have things out already.

Like others have said:

1. Plugs
2. Coils
3. Alternator

I would definitely do the alternator if you have a lot of miles on it. Buy all factory. Nothing aftermarket!

Plugs and coils have been done along with wires. From day 1 the exhaust was modified to accomodate a supercharger for a very clean install. Everything zinc coated so it still looks new. This weekend im getting under it to clean off any rust i can find and the oil undercoating. Make sure nothing is hiding. Truck only has 90k miles total. A bit early for an alternator but i figured might as well

The exhaust manifold bolts. They invariably break when being removed and have to be drilled out. Huge pita. Expensive to fix. Already did one side and now my other side is leaking! :(

One job I won’t do…. Ugh $$$

Hmm ill have to look into them then. Youre saying its not a bad idea to just replace them even if the manifold isnt coming off? Ive heard thats a pretty common issue among all vehicle
