Also it is a stage 2 kit. But i plan on putting the larger pulley on. Should increase both engine and whipple lifespan

Please update this thread when you get it done. I’m sure I’ll have to have mine done at some point. I plan to keep this truck and pass to my son when he gets his license in a few years.

Will do! I got to take a look at it before packaging and the rotors looked totally fine. Maybe a little bare spot but i dont think anything to warrant a full recoat. Be careful with the vacuum actuator on the bottom of the intake of the supercharger. Looks like it has been serviced before or removed and somebody broke it and used a little stint to hold it together. It did work to be fair but sounds like the replacement will be about 150$ for the new actuator

Well its not looking good not a definitive answer yet but they were saying that the assemblies might need to be replaced to the tune of 4400$ all in. I also dont think this was a standard repair because he was saying they found some shavings in the rotor bearings. Unsure why they couldnt do only rotor bearings instead of entire assemblies. He said he would get back to me tommorrow about alternatives if they exist. Id basically be getting a new supercharger but im at a bit of an impasse. Im currently pricing out stock parts to see if that would be cheaper but if you were in my shoes what do you think youd do? Rebuild supercharger or return to stock?

I talked to them a bit more and from what i can glean they might have ran it without oil on the tester. I have a video of it before i sent it and the shop that did the work as an alibi but he told me they will get back to me tommorrow. Ill make a decision then but fingers crossed they own up to it if thats what happened.
