What is the plan on bits and pieces?
I highly recommend a tune from @JimIII@JDM. he can probably source some of the bits as well. Plugs, injectors etc.

Looking forward to the build.

I'm actually running an N/A tune from JDM now. They are really great to work with, and I am absolutely getting their tune for this setup. I've picked up most of the odds and ends on eBay, Amazon and many hard to find parts directly from Roush:

• New GT500 take-off twin 60mm throttle body, eBay: $80
• New GT500 fuel pump, Amazon: $120
• Direct from Roush because it was too easy: Various hardware, wiring, brackets, a clean air tube from the MAF to the throttle body, FEAD shield, Degas bottle & brackets, blower to throttle body elbow, one pulley, so forth and so on: $1,200. I was fully comfortable hardwiring everything myself, and extending necessary harnesses, but I splurged on good clean wiring. Same with making brackets vs. buying good, clean ones the fit just right.
• May go with an AFCO heat exchanger, but picked up a new Roush unit for about $375 with the impossible-to-find brackets, which the AFCO requires anyway. I'll run it for a while and see how I like it before I upgrade it.
• Bulk heater hose, vacuum line, gaskets, clamps, etc. $120
• NGK plugs: $125
• Belt, Amazon: $30

All in I should be making 650-ish fwhp with the 75mm pulley I have on it. Blower, rails, injectors, manifold have about 15k miles on them. The rest of the parts are new. I'll probably spring for some other items, like new plug wires, etc. which I'm not going to count in the blower "kit" cost. I'll have $4,500 in it total after the tune, vs. $7,200 for the phase 2 Roush and the crappy 590hp tune.

You’re well on your way. How excited you must be. I’ve never driven a raptor that isn’t supercharged. As heavy as these beasts are they can use all the extra HP they can get. Good luck on your journey.

Hah, lucky you! You're right, 600 hp would be a nice base HP from the factory! I'm pumped to say the least.

Just FYI, the twin 60mm TB will limit you on HP to just around 590 to 600 flhp.
You'll need the 65mm and the 72mm SC pulley to get 600+
Fuel pump upgrade is not needed at these HP levels

That just isn’t true. VMP and JDM both easily get 650+ with a tune and 75 mm pulley. The Roush tune is very conservative and super rich, besides having awful shift control and other issues.

Have you talked with JDM about the setup you want to run?
I could be a little off on the numbers (10 to 20 HP)
The Twin 60mm is what comes with the Phase 2 Roush (590 HP) and the Stage I Whipple (650 HP).
