When I was shopping SCABs I found this to be true. I’m the opposite of a hardcore offroad enthusiast. I wanted an 802a loaded to the gills but didn’t want the massive length and rear seat room because my kids are 3 and 5. They weigh 25 and 35 lbs. I won’t need that room for a decade or more. It’s a big truck andThe base MSRP was also $3K less so take that into account. No hard data to support it, but it wouldn't surprise me if scabs were more likely to be ordered as base trucks (801 vs 802) or less highly optioned. Similarly haven't seen hard data showing that supercabs depreciate more either...
Currently living in GA and have a 2018 fully optioned SCAB with a few minor mods. People/dealers seem to value them way less compared to a base screw. Any opinions?
