I have a new 2014 Raptor and have noticed that when I have the sunroof open and traveling at freeway speed (70mph) the part of the sunroof that flips up when open starts to vibrate heavily. The roof of the truck when starts to virbrate so hard that it shakes the whole truck. Any thoughts???

Not normal. Take it in. (Also, open your back window to alleviate pressure and to create a nice cross breeze.)

Sounds like it's time for a trip to your dealership, sbanks1491. I'd also like to loop in your regional customer service manager. To make that happen, send me a PM with your details and I'll get this into their hands. Be sure to include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership.

Took it into the dealer today I told them the problem starts at speeds great than 65mph. The tech stated "test drove with witness at speeds of 60mph and up, sunroof shield did not move, rattle, or make noise. Checked and everything tight. No problem found." I guess I should video tape it the next time it occurs

I was able to get the problem on video today and show the dealer. They had no clue what was causing it and is going to contact Ford Monday morning.

A video would probably help a lot. Maybe take them for the drive next time, so you can run it at the speeds you know are an issue.
I bet there's a spring, or tensioning device, that doesn't hold enough pressure on the deflector to keep it in place and not moving...I bet it'll be an easy fix once they're able to replicate it.
