Sunroof noise troubleshooting -have already used Krytox as per TSB

I hear the creaking noise during normal driving. The noise will go away if I vent the sunroof. So I used Krytox and silicone spray around all seals of sunroof including fixed back panel as per TSB and searching the forums. Sunroof opens/closes perfectly fine. I had the sunroof replaced 18 months ago as the tracks broke. I am saying this because after the sunroof was replaced there was a slight gap in closed position (front panel slightly higher than the rear panel). 1st pic
I noticed a crack in seal on passenger side when sunroof is in vent position -2nd pic.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the creaking noise is driving me nuts.

Correction. 1st 2 pics show closed position. 3rd is in vent position. Pics 4 and are duplicate. I know it looks dirty but trust me I lubed these about 6 weeks ago.

Here in the Gen 3 section, don’t think any of the guys/gals here are having issues with their sunroof…that I’m aware of. Before repair, no gap & after repair, there’s a gap. I’d suggest taking it back to the dealer and have them fix that gap as this could potentially resolve your issue.

I had the same issue with creaking/rattle. It took several very heavy applications of grease around all the edges, but it eventually went away. The seals are susceptible to drying out.
