Stupid Things People Say About Raptors

My favorite happened the other day...I was picking a buddy up at the Subaru dealership and a sales guy comes walking up. "So you thinking about trading this in?" Me..LOL No!

I shopped around for my wife's SUV a few months back and always got the "So you thinkin of trading that thing in?" questions too. After I told them "Shit no, man!" They would chuckle and admit (no matter what auto maker it was) that the Raptor is bad ass and there is nothing like it. The Raptor usually served as an ice breaker that way and once they realized I wasn't uptight, we could talk openly.

That's funny, I just bought my raptor last week from a Subaru dealer lol.

Yeah, they did that to me at Ford when I was picking up a part. "you looking to upgrade to a new model?" I'm thinking to myself, "Upgrade?"...keep in mind, mine is far from stock too. I just said nah, I'm good and got my part.

I stopped at the dealer for service and the owner walked out and asked if I was trading it in. I said yes...

"REALLY" was his reply, then I cracked up at his response. That ended that thought!!

What I think is funny is that there is only one Raptor yet Cheby and Dodge try to make their own things with the
Reeper and the Rebel neither are Raptors.

So last night I am casually driving to work and come up to a red light. I casually pull up behind a car and the kid in the car I guess thinks I have my high beams on because I pull up and he just immediately starts flying the bird to me...

On my '10 there is a white plastic adjuster above each light and I used small flat screwdriver
