Too many street queens imo. You don't gotta go off road just go 100 down a dirt road in 4wd.
but not even engaging 4wd and having a raptor sorry i just can't get my head around that

Hey man, I agree. When I can afford to repair it I'll take it off road. But for now it'll be my street queen. Plus, I don't really consider gravel roads and dirt roads off roading. If you do then i have done it. I just never needed 4wd

That's all the offroading you need to do to keep things working. That's what I do in my truck. I have a 4x4 that's also a street queen and every now and then when I'm either going down dirt/gravel roads or driving around my ranch, I'll engage the 4x4 even when I don't need it just to keep everything moving around and working...if you don't use it, you lose it.

It'll take a lot to beat the "new truck" sense out of your Raptor. Maybe I'm biased because I bought mine slightly used, but it still rides and runs like the day I got it.

On topic however. I only use 4x4 once in a blue moon out in AZ. When I'm out playing in the dirt I'm using 2wd with the locker unless the sand gets really deep or something like that. I have always like to put my trucks in 4x4 once in awhile if I haven't used them just to make sure it works. Go find a gravel lot and put it in 4x4 there and drive around a bit once in awhile to check it if you feel the need.

Go easy, gents. I've had mine up to nearly 13,000 feet on some really awful jeep trails in the Rockies, but there is noplace to run it in the dirt anywhere near where I live.
