strange lunging behavior of the transmission

Had similar issue , self learning Trans a bit of a pain . Check for fluid leak, update for it , also the dreaded relearn . No matter what you will always have to let it warm up. The big lug is lazy till it has it's coffee so to speak . Most Ford Tech's hate the self learning set up . People always complaining ..

My 2012 does it as well upon first start up in the morning. If I wait for the idle to come down it does not do it.
