I work in IT for a Fortune 6 company and I've done plenty of oil changes and replaced the fluid in my front and rear differentials. Being a "software guy" is no excuse! :p Do yourself a favor and order a service manual online. If you can read, then you can pretty easily do most of what the dealer does and likely better because you won't be in a hurry. Replacing a filter is not big deal at all. Now, a leaky drainplug would be a bit more of a challenge if it was anything other than just being loose.

It'll be a major benefit for the longevity of your truck if you can do your own maintanence. At minimum you'd at least be able to tell if they did crappy work and immediately call them out on it. Service isn't what it used to be.
I build engines and I cant do any of that. That's what i pay mechanics for.

I just shake my ass on the side of the road if I need help.

In the first post you said it was like water but oily. Are you sure it's not power steering fluid. Or brake fluid?

I'm not sure anymore, it does not look like oil, it looks a little yellowish :S, tomorrow I'll take it to the dealership and find out what happended, is the Raptor a delicate machine? or is just my bad luck as always?

I have not found the Raptor to be especially fragile but it's not a $700K Trophy Truck either. There are know issues with power steering fluid leaking from the stock reservoir under rough conditions. Lots of guys have replaced with better aftermarket reservoirs. I've also read posts of guys who have had brake fluid leak. After my first spirited offroad day I had brake fluid on the outside of the reservoir.

If its a yellows color, could be air cond PAG oil leaking..... Just not sure where it would be coming from. What you are describing is what I experienced leaking from one of my other vehicles.......just a thought!

That looks like a fun place. Didn't see too much air. The raptor isn't delicate by any means and definitely can take what you were doing without thinking twice.

I had the same fluid right before I blew my power steering pump... It likes to drip right on the skid plate..
