Stock BFG tread life?

I have nearly 30k and hope to get another 10k.

There are many different experiences with the original tires. You will have to make your own decision on what is best for you. I have a 2020 with 27K miles. I rotate each oil change, keep the tires at 36 front, 34 rear (I watch tire pressures and tire wear religiously). I live in Southern California near Palm Springs so high temps are always a concern. I air them up when pulling my 24' travel trailer. I "chased" for a team at the Mint 400, and just finished "chasing at the Mexican 1000 a couple of weeks ago. I balance them when I notice any rough vibration. My KO's look good still, I should get 30-35K or more out of them. I do get a little bit of road noise, but when you are used to the sound when off-roading that is almost not even noticeable on the road. They are not very noisy, though. Good Luck!

Ok If I put my tin hat on I have a theory. All car mfgs, make deals with suppliers, saving a dollar or 2 on any part is a big deal to mfgs. I wonder if the tires that come on dealer vehicles have slightly more grip but wear faster. I have bought several new vehicles and the tires that came on the cars never last as long as the ones I buy to replace them. I know what that sounds like but I also know the suppliers will alter compounds within limits to reduce costs. As an example, Coke-a-cola, is not just Coke, there are parameters that qualify it as "coke". Bottlers will spend money to buy mass flow meters to allow them to produce "coke" that runs on the qualifying edge to get more cases out of the same amount of concentrate. So maybe tire mfgs run more on the edge making mfg tires and they don't last quite as long, but they have good grip so you buy more when they wear out. Ok, where's the Tylenol?

I sold mine with 40k on them. I wish I replaced at 35k though, new ones ride so much better.
34psi and rotate every 10k.

I have about 46k miles and want to replace. I like the look of the K02, what tire would someone recommend to replace.

I got nitto ridge grapplers and have 0 complaints.

Looks like I’m only gonna get 30k out of my stock BFG tires. I’m not hot ridding around much either. Is this normal?

I think I replaced mine at about 35k. I just put on more of the same, but there was a huge improvement in noise and ride quality with the fresh tires.

KO2s get very noisy towards the end of their life. Mine are howling now. The new tires can’t come soon enough.

I have 40K on mine. They have maybe 5-8k of life left. I already ordered new ones.
