The right thing to do @Raptor Embroidery is to buy a new consol lid from Tasca, (sucks, I know cause it comes out of your pocket), build what @SilentShooter ordered, and ship it to him. Request that he send the incorrect item back.

I sent him a PM. I got in contact with the customer that has the exchange lid and he said he didn't understand that he needed to send the lid back and apologized. I have had the leather to re-do his lid for quite some time. I also offered to do all of his headrests for free and ship them back for free.

The mishap sounds like it was neglect on your part for not getting a lid soon enough to wrap whether it be getting it from the other customer or purchasing a new one, you slacked. Now you are trying to make it right by offering free services, but in my opinion that still doesn't makeup for bad business practice.

Hopefully everything gets resolved in the end for everyone and lessons are learned on both sides.
