Mine just started doing this within the last week too... It is a 2012 with just over 10,000 miles. It's not rough enough to make me think it's gonna die - just rough enough to get my attention...

Wow... that so sounds like a *****. Change the batteries!

She likes it rough

Nice comment to a post by a lady... I'm not even going to bother posting what I really think. I'll just shake my head.

Sure, I talk about some off the wall things, but there's time, place and tact to go along with it. Oh well. :banghead:

Ok - I know a certain appendage and activity may be at the forefront of many (most?) guys minds as it comes up in most threads but seriously?? My truck isn't compensating for anything that would leave me in need of any device which would require batteries.

Check or have someone check to Make sure that you dont have a small vacuum leak. Its one of the biggest causes of a rough idle...

Great idea, ill be double checking my lines as well! The day I picked it up, I noticed a little shaky idle but growing up in the performance scene....shaky idle means HP! (I like to think so at least, lol) Keep in mind, we rocking 6.2 Litres of n/a sport tuned power. 5k miles, nada stumble N counting!

I don't know anything specific about the way the ECU on the Raptor compensates for cold starts but most retard the timing, increase the idle speed, and dump more fuel in an open loop mode for cold start. I assume the Raptor does the same and then as soon as the ECU receives the signal that it's warm enough it'll go back into closed loop and everything smooths out again. Mine is always rougher at cold start but I see no problem with it. All fuel injected rigs do this to some degree.

Rough idle is fine. But poor starting is not.
