You're ******* kidding me! That **** Sucker charged me for a whole new ******** set!
I've been nice to those Mother ******* until now. He told me when mine fell off last year that I must have been really roughing it up. I laughed and said "Yeah it's a Raptor. Credit card charged and I'm sure he is still laughing!
That Mother ******!!!!!
I'm ripping this shit off my truck, buy a new bumper and start over!
That little **** Sucker!!!

I'm talking about the bracket, not a set of anything. I think its only like a $15 part to begin with.

Cree is a US company but their LED manufacturing is in China.

partly.. they opened a factory in china in '09 to expand production capacity, but much of production and design is still in the US.

i looked into some of it a couple months ago, and all the info i found said that they keep much of the actual led production and design in the states because of the US copy-write laws-- china is much more lax... then they ship the led's over to china to be installed in devices, etc. they cited that they can better control their product even though it is not as cost effective.. now if only i could find the article again(i thought it was led magazine..)

Rigid stands by the product 100%. I can guarantee you that no other lighting company has the customer service they do. Of coarse if theres an issue with one of there lights you send it it and they repair it or replace it. Same concept as if you buy a new truck and you need warranty work u have to bring it in to get it repaired not send you a whole new truck then repair yours. Im not sure why people are on here bitching about sending lights in for repair. Its a warranty process and i guarantee that you cant find a better warranty. LIFETIME WARRANTY.

And as for the guy bad mouthing Taylor and calling him a Mother F*cker. Why dont you call him up directly or the company and get it resolved instead of coming on here and acting like a 2 year old. Stuff happens and im sure you got charged accidentally.

I have personally been dealing with Rigid for 4 years now and couldnt be any happier. Yeah i have to send in a customers light once in a while for warranty but it ALWAYS gets taken care of right away.

And also the reason why there was such a back order is they were moving into there new building which caused a delay. But from my understanding they are fianlly getting caught up with everything now. And also they have switched to the deutsch connectors for better quality and that also caused a delay.

But at the end of the day Rigid Industries is a great company that makes there stuff right here in the USA by Americans

Outa them all the time I'm constantly using them and anything I throw at them they take it like a champ, mud, ponds haha and rocks like crazy. The only thing I wish rigid mad was a protective cover for the 40" on the front so I could cover ten bad boys up while driving on the highway( hint hint rigid :peace:)

Well they do..Kind of...They sell optical grade covers in clear, amber, blue and yellow. They are 10" each, so you need 4. They are very high quality (like everthing Rigid makes) and once you clip them on...They are not coming off. :peace:

I love my Rigid lights too, 40 and 20 light bars here.
