I orderd 02 extenders which was my first thing to try. Once they arrive I will install and also check plug. I know rear 02s are just emissions check.

I still have the OE cats metronyc as a weld in option which was a thought.

Magnaflow cats have a good reputation. Not sure how they'd fit the SW system though.

From what I have found out is the cats Stainless uses are rather um.. crap. Mustang and Taurus SHO guys have had these issues. Why i am not going with them for my SHO.

I will report back Thursday once I get truck on lift.

Ordered these from Amazon.

Because of space I was only able to use the short extension to start. Trying those first before I try the 90 or more.

I will report back if I get the rear 02 again.

Installed the short spacer and still got the check engine light.

I am going to try cleaning the 02 wire extension to see if that is the issue. The connector is not sealed WTF so with all the mud and crap it might be the issue.

Also ordering new 02 sensors to replace both to see maybe one is burned out from the cats not cleaning enough.

Any other having rear 02 issues after 22K on them?

Not 100% sure if this would help but if it were me I'd do this, before buying more stuff. Can't hurt.

Did do a full reset, Clear codes, returning the truck back to stock and reloading Tune.
Then a Battery disconnect for 15 to 20 mins. just incase Reloading Tune did not clear the KAM (Keep Alive Memory)

I have tried the following for both the Idle and O2 issue.

4 tunes from SVC
Reverted back to stock tune
Removed S&B intake and installed stock intake
Cleared all codes with SCT and Ford scanner
Battery has been off for hours

The 2 issues still persist. I will post a video of the idle hunt that I know one other truck with stainless works has. No 02 issue though.

Are one of those Tunes set with the rear O2s off?

My next guess is you have a exhaust leak before the front O2, check header bolts.
The rear O2s only monitor the cats the front O2s will determine fuel TRIM for the PCM.
MAF sensor OK and clean?

Correct tune was never set to have rears off. I did ask.
As noted I am aware rears only check if cats are damaged
No leaks that we can find and the muffler shop has also checked and seen nothing.
Maf cleaned after each run.

Been through all the normal's.
