I had my last truck for 12 years and did about six full flushes with the Brembos, I gave up after the second try, I would drive for a week or so and then had spongy brakes. I also bought the reverse ******** thing, that does not work either. So for peace of mind I just paid $115 for fluid and bleeding.

Sometimes they can be a bitch!!! Air rises and gets stuck in places... Some take time and even try to generate some heat in the fluid then get back and bleed again...

I think my next upgrade (other than RPG stage 3) is going to be race rotors and carbon pads like trey and others around here have. Calipers seem capable as long as the infrastructure is supported. Time will tell...

Did you notice a difference in stopping after switching to the braded lines?

Seems to be a bit more snappy and a tad less squishy than before. But, it could just be my mind over compensating. I felt a little difference pulling up to a couple of stop signs and not having to pre-brake as early (does that make sense?).

Next time I have to get on them in an unexpected situation hopefully I'll be able to tell a difference and report back.

After driving around a bunch this afternoon and evening (city, highway and mountain roads), I'm confident in saying there is a definite increase in my braking confidence just with the addition of these lines.

Sill waiting on the next ohshit moment, but with a hundred or so miles of mixed driving there is a noticeable difference.

No. :( They are covered in some sort of polymer or something. No rubbing, chaffing, pitting or rusting (yet).
